Color is a very important aspect of any web site. A website that has the best content won't matter if the user cannot read it. Here is my list of favorite websites to help aid in the quest of the perfect color scheme.
1) - Color Scheme Generator [1] An easy to use scheme generator that includes Monochromatic, Contrasting, quick color adjusting and text.
2) ColorCombos.com [2] - Choose from pre-set combos designed for the web and edit them to suit your needs.
3) ColorBlender.com [3] - Using RGB sliders, dynamically create a color scheme.
4) - Palette From a Photo [4] Use a photo to generate a color palette from it.
5) EasyRBG [5] - A very advanced color scheme generator with a plethora of matching options.

For those who use FireFox (and every web designer SHOULD!) here are three indispensable add-ons to get, if you don't already have them.
1) - Rainbow Picker [6] Select from a color wheel to automatically have the color value saved to the clipboard.
2) ColorZilla [7] - Point and Click on any web page to get the HEX color values.
3) Palette Grabber [8] - Creates a palette from the current webpage for Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, GIMP, and Flash
There ya go! I hope these help make the all important choice of color that much easier!
