Ok, I just finished building this layout. It is a fluid 3 column design that is valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional. While the design may need work, I built this as a model for a cross-browser compatible 3 column design that would expand or contract to the users screen.

Green Earth is a light brown/green design that should be very easy on the eyes and easy to redesign into your own creation!
