What do you mean?

Can you explain your question a little more? Do you mean you want to disable FTP access during certain times?

I mean

What I want to do is, edit a PHP file or a HTML templet file from the actual web and then upload it to the site all from the actual website without using dreamweaver to upload it. ;)
