Actually, while you might be able to make games with Autodesk Inventor - the program isn't built for that. ;)
If you want a free Graphics program I highly recommend Blender as it has a large community and free video tutorials! Or you can look into Maya (of which you can download a PLE version free) or 3D Studio Max.
