"Let there be no sexual immorality, impurity, or greed among you. Such sins have no place among God's people. Obscene stories, foolish talk, and course jokes - these are not for you.
"As I briefly mentioned earlier in this letter, God himself revealed this secret plan to me. As you read what I've written, you will understand what I know about this plan regarding Christ.
"For God is working in you, giving you the desire to obey him and the power to do what pleases him." -
"And now I want to plead with those two women, Euodia and Syntche. Please, because you belong to the Lord, settle your disagreement.
"Don't be selfish: don't live to make a good impression on others. Be humble, thinking of others as better than yourself.
